3.3 Certification
Certificates of completion are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates are for personal use and do not constitute professional licensing or accreditation.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1 Pricing
Course prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. To request a refund, contact us at admin@con6p.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for:
- Courses completed more than 30 days ago
- Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
- Special packages or bundles after partial completion
